About the production & the bags

  • Outer fabric: 100% cotton canvas for durability and softness.
  • Inner fabric: 100% polyester fabric that does not dry out the tobacco and is easy to care for.
All products are handmade by me in the Southern Black Forest. I use high-quality materials and traditional techniques such as batik dyeing and screen printing to make each piece unique.
The fabrics are dyed using the traditional batik technique, which involves folding and wrapping the fabric with string or elastic bands. This method originated in Indonesia and has been practiced there since the 6th century AD.
The screen printing process is complex but high-quality. A design is transferred onto a screen to precisely apply water-based inks to the fabric.
Yes! You can choose between a wide elastic band, snap fasteners, and magnetic buttons. All offer a secure fit.
That's a matter of taste. My favorite are the magnetic buttons, as they close automatically and prevent contents from getting lost.

This is how I print the shipping boxes myself :)
