HEYY, it's me Aileen :)

My first experience with a sewing machine was in 2013, when I received my own sewing machine for Christmas. Back then, I was sewing anime-style cosplay costumes, but after that first experience, I took a break for a few years.

In 2022, I got my sewing machine out of the basement and devoted myself intensively to sewing. This began a phase of experimenting and testing with different materials from different manufacturers. I wanted to find out what worked best and what advantages each fabric offered. Over a total of 1.5 years, I optimized the design and functionality of my bags—from the layout to the compartments.

I also explored various finishing techniques, especially the printing process. Initially, I printed the fabrics using a conventional inkjet printer, but this wasn't ideal because the ink is water-soluble. Then I acquired a cutting plotter and heat transfer films. The textile films proved usable, but weeding and preparing each design was time-consuming, and the result wasn't ideal for a product used daily. Eventually, I worked my way into the screen printing process, which turned out to be the best fit for my needs.
