Terms and conditions of participation – prize draw

1. Organizer

The raffle is organized by:

2. Eligibility

Only natural persons aged 18 or over residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Persons from other countries are excluded from participation.

3. Participation and Lottery

• Participation is automatic upon placing an order in the shop, as long as the promotion is available.
• Only the first 100 orders will participate in the promotion.
• Prize draw tiers per order value:
  • from €50 → 1 ticket
  • From €100 → 2 tickets
  • From €150 → 3 tickets
• Maximum 3 tickets per order.

4. Prizes & Chance of Winning

A total of 100 tickets will be issued, of which 25 tickets contain a prize (25% chance of winning).

Prizes:

• 1 x €50 voucher (redeemable with a minimum purchase of €100)
• 1 x €20 voucher (redeemable with a minimum purchase of €70)
• 3 x €5 vouchers (redeemable with a minimum purchase of €40)
• 5× Discount codes 15% (redeemable from €50 purchase value)
• 10 x discount codes 10% (redeemable from €40 purchase value)
• 3× Mystery Sticker Pack (direct win)
• 2 x Mini gifts worth €10–15 (instant prize)

Rivets:

75 tickets contain no prize.

5. Redemption of winnings

• Vouchers and discount codes can only be redeemed within the specified conditions.
• Winnings are non-transferable, non-combinable and non-cashable.
• Direct prizes will be sent after the winner has responded.

6. Prize draw and notification of winners

• The winning tickets are predetermined.
• Each order receives a numbered lot with an NFC tag.
• The prize will be verified as soon as the participant sends their lottery ticket number and order number to the registered email address.
• The verification is carried out manually using the lottery list and the individual lottery number.

7. End of participation in the campaign

The promotion ends automatically once all 100 tickets have been distributed.

8. Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way affiliated with Shopify or any other platform. Legal recourse is excluded. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

9. Data protection

For prize verification purposes, only first and last name, order number, lottery ticket number, and email address will be processed. Additionally, a private address may be required for prize delivery. The data will only be used for the execution of this promotion and will then be deleted.
