1. Why don't I receive tracking or a package?
   
   This product will NOT be shipped as it is not a physical product!
   
   After completing the order process, you will receive the invoice and an email with the link to download the PDF .
2. Why do you need my personal address if the product is free?
   
   Your information, such as your name and address, is required for the invoice , as German companies are required to issue invoices, even for free products. Nothing else will happen with your data. It will only be used and stored for this purpose.
   
   Your email address is important so that we can send you the invoice and the download email.
3. Why don't I receive a wallet?
   
   With this product, the pattern, you can easily make the wallet yourself at home. You have neither selected, ordered, nor paid for a wallet, so you will only receive the pattern by email.
4. How do I get a wallet?
   
   If you actually want to buy a wallet and not have one copied, that is of course also possible.
   
   Every Monday at 8 p.m. new upcycling wallets (and other items) arrive in the shop.
5. Why are the right wallets never available?
   
   As I said, they're always new in the shop on Mondays at 8 p.m. However, demand is so high that they sell out within minutes. So if you're desperate to buy one, I recommend setting an alarm for next Monday.

Notice on the right of withdrawal for digital content

• The purchase of a digital gift voucher or other digital download is excluded from the right of withdrawal as soon as the item is made available as a download.
