However, depending on when your mailbox/parcel locker is emptied, it may take one to three days longer for your shipment to reach the distribution center.

If it's been more than 1.5 weeks since your order, check with your post office for a delivered package; your postman might not have left a collection slip.

Each shipment includes tracking, liability up to €500, and up to 3 delivery attempts.
